  Excellent. Some of these reviews I feel are unfair or perhaps personal experiences without explaining the entire situation. I have been going to this store for years and there have been some very good customer service staff working at this Holmdel location. Too often do customers come in to the store with predetermined mind sets because of their experiences with signal or problems with their phones. They walk in with attitudes and start barking at the customer service staff as if it were their fault that the phone was giving them problems. Customer service is not an easy business but I can understand both sides. That said, I feel the staff at Holmdel Sprint are always courteous and willing to help customers who are respectful and cooperative. They help everyone else too, but don't expect rainbows and sunshine when you have a poor attitude yourself.

  Refused to help with our account. Insisted we could only lease phones even though other people on our same plan had just got new phone upgrades at no cost at another location. This place is a scam and is happy to rip you off.

  I went there to get a deal on a new iPhone and when I went into the store the deal was $100 less than what was supposed to be offered. The guy gave me the wrong colored phone as well. He forgot every 3 seconds that I was in fact doing a trade in offer. When the deal was finally done, I left but he comes running out of the store to ask for my old phone password. This guy couldn’t remember how to do anything. Then he calls me 2 WEEKS later asking for all of my account information again because the deal couldn’t go through yet. I was charged full price for the phone on my bill as well. Do not go here, terrible employees!
